If the user account ID is set on the timesheet record, you can find for just the user ID and display those records only. Also, yes there are ways, but without knowing anything about your setup, hard to tell you what to do.

I don't want to let users to check other uses's register in order to avoid comparsion of similar groups.
Is there a way to make it automatically ? Since the user name needs to be the same as the system place on each register, maybe I can script a calculation or something similar that restricts theses registers from the login on..
When a user logs in, capture their username, when they click the button to view their timesheet, have the timesheet script perform a find on the timesheet records and only show the ones related to that user. You can easily remove the status toolbar and/or give a custome privlege set along with a custom menu to negate their ability to navigate around in any manner other than your scripted navigation.
