Close the database. The one in the screen cap is only paused.
Doesnt remove the database though.
when the server restarts it will be there again.
Means you still need some kind of access to the filing structure of the server.
Could do with a download to me option and a delete from the server option from the console...
Since FMS12 there has been a “Remove" database action. This moves the database to a subfolder called ”Removed”. FMS does not erver files that are in this folder so even after a restart the file is not available.
Note that the DB in question must be Closed before it can be removed.
In FMS 12 it is located in the “Actions:" popup list.
In FM13 it is located under a trash can new icon.
Dumb... you have to "close" it in the file folder "menu" Where as I had been goin to the "Pause/Play" menu. While I feel a little stupid I know this is an interface issue with icons not serving as an adequate guide. I viewed the "pause" as the plase to go, like Play, Pause, Stop. No not the case.
Instead it was under the "File" menu. I can sought of see the logic, but at the same time I think that it is a silly UI.
Thanks all who answered my question so quickly!
