No, not out of the box.
FMS can use with the temp path or the documents folder inside the FMS folders.
Out of the box FMS runs with local system privileges and it has no rights to any network shares. You can reinstall FMS and choose a non-default account that has those rights but that's a big hassle.
You can solve your problem with a script sequence schedule instead of a script schedule. In the script sequence you run your script first (outputs to the FMS docs folder) followed by an OS script to copy or move that file to the network share. When you set up the script sequence schedule you can specify a proper account for the OS-level to run.
