This can be done with account privileges. Firstly, make sure that the relevant tables have a field that auto-enters the name of the account that created the record. Then set up a privilege set where the view permissions are a calculation: Get ( AccountName ) = <yourstoredaccountfield>
I would rather have a table for the users and use their ID to auto enter when creating records and then restrict viewing by that.
Users can have the same name, but their ID should be unique.

Hi Agnes, your comment really sounds like a solution to my problem.. You mentioned using users ID for this purpose, but you didnt actually state how we can restrict view by using the ID of the user. Please can you elaborate a little more? Thanks
