I am trying to share folder on a Windows 2012 Server that I am working on (and also has FMS 13 installed) and access it via WebDav for remote machines, such as my - using transmit, so files can easily be uploaded/downloaded to/form the server.
I installed the IIS Webdav component and in the dialogs - but I can't see where to specify a partcular folder to be shared
When try to connect using Transmit I get "Could not connect to server, 503 Service unavailable"

The instructions for WS 2012 say that you set up a virtual directory (or alias) called "WebDAV" and point to the physical folder where fiels will be stored.
I have done that, but I know that FMS takes over IIS so perhaps an http request to connect just does not go where intended, or needs you use a port other than 80 or......
Wim ... are you out there?
These things are virtually impossible to troubleshoot without seeing the actual deployment...
If you have another instance of W2012 that does not have FMS installed on it then try the WebDAV thing there to see if it makes any difference.
