Trend Micro Anti Virus

I'm unable to open FMS13 admin console. When I try I receive a message that the website is not trusted, but I proceed anyway. Then the web browser just hangs. It is the same for both IE and Chrome. This is a Dell Machine with Windows Server 2008 R2.


One suggestion was that the anti-virus software, Trend Micro, was interferring. Disabling this has been a bit of a pain. I couldn't figure out how to do it but the IT person was able to suspend its services. This seems to have made the hosted files inaccessible except by FMP on the server machine.


Anyone have any similar experiences and/or suggestions?
