I have a database that is published on WebDirect. Clients log in and complete an application for our services. Part of that is a portal for them to enter their employees' information. Some of the clients can log in and complete the entire application including using the portal. Others can complete the direct information (layout table), but not use the portal. When I work directly from the Filemaker platform, the application form for all clients works as designed. It is a very simple database with a simple relationship and I checked that all records have the relationship keys.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
