showing LAST related records instead of FIRST related record in a printlist ?

Tables:

Material (table of all equipment)

Personnel (table of personnel)

LinkPerMat (table of which material is used by which person)

Idea is to keep track of which material has been used by which personnel

Problem :

I need to print out a list of all machinery, and next to that, the person who has it in its posession.

Example :

Drillmachine has been used by John from 1/1/2014 until 1/4/2014

the same Drillmachine has been used by Simon from 2/4/2014 until today (he still has it)

When I print the report, I get :

MaterialID MaterialName Material_linkPerMat_PERSONNEL::name Material_linkPerMat::dateOUT Material_linkPerMat::dateIN

007 Drillmachine John 1/1/2014 1/4/2014

And that's wrong : Filemaker takes the first entered record (John), however I would need to show the LAST one (since Simon is the last person who borrowed the drillmachine, and still has it in his posession).

I want to see :

MaterialID MaterialName Material_linkPerMat_PERSONNEL::name Material_linkPerMat::dateOUT Material_linkPerMat::dateIN

007 Drillmachine Simon 2/4/2014

How can I achieve this, please ?

PS : I do not wish to see in my list the previous borrowing (eg. John's entry) , otherwise my list would become too long
