will be the start for a future implementation of plugin in FMgo ?

FileMaker would have to put limits on what plugins do for them to be allowed on iOS. The SDK allows one app to talk to another app, but some FileMaker plugins directly manipulate the OS such as moving files or even a full scriping language like Groovy and that is what Apple will not allow even with the SDK announcement. It is all part of the security model they have going, which I agree generally is a good idea. But it does open the door to some plugins that might be allowed that do not make calls to the OS. Who knows... it might be interesting, especially if they are coded in Swift! <grin>
