    FileMaker 11 Server Logs not viewable

      I have a client experiencing a problem where server logs are not updating.

       

      Or - to be more accurate - the logs do appear to be updating, they can be located in the correct folder and they have updated content.

       

      HOWEVER, the FileMaker Server log viewer just does not see them.

      Only 4 entries from one day in early June are visible.

       

      FileMaker Server 11.0v5, OSX 10.6.8

       

      According to this tech note the problem existed in older version of server but does not exist any FileMaker 11.
