I am currently trying to design a CRM program using the 360 Works email plugin as the email basis for the program. However, I am running into many issues. Does anyone have any experience using this program?
I have done a quite a bit of work with the 360 works plug in. I found it helps a lot to start with one of their demos. When working on your scripts make sure you look at the result code their commands return.
Once difficulty I had was in downloading e-mails. You can set the number of e-mails you want, but there is no guaranty that you will get that number. So you need to set up a loop that will process the e-mails it gets based on the return value.
Lots of developers do. Myself included. Are you looking to hire a consultant?
Also, the documentation and staff at 360works helps tremendously if you're trying to figure out certain things yourself.

The 360 works folks also monitor this site for questions regarding their products among other things they can assist with. Post your issues with attempted solutions in either place and they, no doubt, will be ready to help. Good advice from the developer’s is available for the asking.
