There are no perfomance problems apparent in those statistics. The peak for "elapsed time" is not even a third of a second.
How may processors and cores in that machine? How fast is the hard disk?
How big are the files and how frequent are the backups (and do you have "verify" turned on for those backups)
What's going on in that one table? Could there be actions being performed that are (clearly) sub-optimal? Searches on un-indexed fields - especially a QuickSearch. Fields off of the viewable layout, summary fields, stuff that requires the processors to really crank up. Infrastructure could also be an issue.
Can you describe the performance issues you're seeing? Viewing the numbers is one thing, but is there a particular scenario you can describe?
As others have indicated, there is no apparent problem in the statisitics. Please tell us what is happening with the table/layout you are having a problem with. If possible include the number of fields in the table and the number of fields that are unstored calculations.
