Yes, you would want to create a shell script with the following line:
fmsadmin close -y
Save that shell script to the Scripts folder under FileMaker Server. Then, set up a schedule to run that script. That should close all the databases. I hope this helps.
Thanks, that works, though with a catch. You also need -u username -p password, or else the shutdown fails.
