Turning off toolbars

I've created a appraisal database in FileMaker 13 and would like to be able to turn off the toolbars so the user can't display all records. The database uses their "Account Name" to automaticall display only their records.

I didn't want to have to add show/hide toolbars [lock; hide] command in all scripts as this would also lock me out.

I basically would like to only hide/lock toolbars for users that do not have an ADMIN privilege set up against their Account Name. I don't want to have to turn off and on this script to access the toolbars when I need to make changes.

I found these two options on the internet:

If Get ( PrivilegeSetName ) = "[Full Access]"

Show/Hide Status [Show, Unlocked]

Show/Hide Status [Hide, Locked]

if ( PatternCount ( CurrentPrivilegeSetName) ; "Full" ) > 0

Show/Hide Status Area [toggle]

Show/Hide Status Area [Lock: Hide]

End If

I think they would do the job however, when I tried to set up it states "this parameter ia an invalid get function parameter" or "currentPrivilegeSetName" not valid table when I set them up as a start up script.

Any suggestions?
