This is a real rough outline, but it might get you started:
Navigate to the report layout and get the found set and page setup, etc.
Use the Save Records as PDF script step to create a PDF file. (You will need to decide where to save the file.)
Keep track of the path of the save location in a $variable.
Then, use the Send Mail script step to send the report to your desired recipients.
