I have a customer with 25 concurrent licenses using a solution I built specifically for use with FMGo and WebDirect. The operates reliably through FMGo or remote access however she reports that on two occasions her users accessing the solution via Web Direct find that the file is not available. When users reported they couldn't access the file via Web Direct she has found that the Web Publishing "switch" on FMS 13 was in the off position. She is the only one who administers the Server and she claims, in both cases, she did not turn it off.
Any idea why or how this can happen?? What can be done to ensure it doesn't happen again?
