We're using FileMaker Pro 11, and I understand that it isn't possible to request a read or delivery receipt when sending mail through Outlook without a plugin. However, it also seems that even if a user selects (in Outlook) the option to always send these receipts, mail generated by FileMaker (and sen through that user's Outlook account) will still not have this option selected. Can anyone confirm this behavior? Or did I miss something in setting the Outlook options?

Given that filemaker sends a plain-text email, even if a user has HTML email set as default, then I'd assume the behavior is the same as those flags.
