is the full IP of the machine (local or remote - test both). You can also use the domain name, if it will resolve locally - this may not work if these is no DNS to map the domain to the IP.
DO NOT use 'localhost' as this may or may not work. Once upon a time it was the 'default', but some security measures may have deprecated its usage.
You may try '127.0.0.1' as the IP, as it should resolve to the machine upon which the request is made.

On the file I have set to webdirect, on the server I can see is webdirect but cant see the file.
