Pardon the beginner level question.
We still cannot access a hosted filemaker database via webdirect when using an outside connection (either a different network or a 3G connection).
When using 'edit deployment', everything seems OK.
We actually use the database when linked under the same network, even webdirect works this way.
Our IT department is rather unfamiliar with the whole Filemaker environment, so Im not too keen they could help me with this problem.
Is this more of a 'local host' problem or more of an infrastructure issue I should bring up with our IT guys?
Filemaker server 13 is installed in a windows 8.1 pro setup by the way.
