Windows "Perform Applescript" equivalent

Hello Everyone,

To get around the inability to send formatted http calls with editable headers, I have been using Applescript to perform curl commands. For example:

Perform Applescript[curl -X PUT -d @/Users/ddow/Desktop/pix.txt https://www.somesystem.com/developer/api/session/ --header "X-App-Key:7cc84b61-b42f-4477-a590-2d48f14ada27" --header "Content-Type:text/xml"]

That will open a session for me with a specified, secure service. The reason I can't use Filemaker's new http call method is because the service is secure and only approved apps can be used and the approved app key needs to be in the header. Filemaker won't let you edit the header.

Anyhoo...

Does anyone know of a way to do a Windows equivalent?
