Hopefully someone can shine some light on this issue.
Before the lastest update (v9) it worked OK for us, but since the unfortunate update it no longer works. We are redirected to a web viewer page (which FM apparently initiates by itself) where we see an error like:
Failed to open "http://ip-address:80/Streaming/MainDB/FM-(uuid name).pdf"
Check port 443 is open and pointing to the FM server, that is what I found and fixed the issue

Sounds logical. But why is it pointing to port 80? On the server side the Require Secure Connection is set.

I found jpg's worked but pdf's didn't. after reconfiguring the router/firewall and pointed 443 to the FM server all worked fine.
A warning when changing some important settings might be nice...
After the update to v9 on the server (which we had to do since the iPad was automatically updated to v9) I changed the Sercure connection to true, but did not restart the server. Although the additional text states you should restart the server, a small warning would have been nice...
