FileMaker Server Azure Hosting Storage Issue

    shouse

I’m currently experimenting with switching our servers from OSX to Azure. We have a two machine deployment running on Windows Server 2012. The servers seem to be communicating well and I can open my databases remotely. The only problem I seem to be having is with storage space. Currently we are using a 15tb raid array. Azure only supports drives up to 1tb, with up to 16 drives attached to a machine. Window Server 2012 has a Storage Pool feature to create a single virtual disk composed of those single 1tb disks. The concerns I have with this setup is the performance of the virtual disk and that our database will exceed that capacity in the near future. Anyone with experience hosting FMS on Azure, more specifically dealing with the 1tb drive storage limit, any advice would be appreciated.
