    Specified Filed Can't Be Found

    DavidMoore

      Once again, with hat-in-hand...

Why, someone please tell me why, when putting together a calculated field (with a text result) does text enclosed within quotes constantly spit out the "specified filed can't be found" error.

      for example, see below:

"It"&g_quoteSingle&"s a perfect pairing. You need wine for the upcoming holidays and we need to make room for some very special upcoming offers. & ¶ & g_ParanOpen& ¶ & ¶ & "Our records indicate that you have past orders ready for pickup at Moore Brothers New Jersey. We"&g_quoteSingle&"ve already consolidated them for you. Simply stop by the store any time during the next couple of weeks and we"&g_quoteSingle&"ll have your wine ready in a matter of minutes."

[g_ParanOpen is actually a colloection of text stored in a global field - no problem there]

The problem arises after g_ParanOpen & ¶ & ¶ &"Our records indicate..." That's where the "specified filed can't be found" error comes up. Been doing this for years. Have I done something stupid? (Filemaker 13 - MAC on OSX 10.5. 10.9, and Yosemite) - got all three...
