There are a few off-the-shelf FileMaker CRM systems that will probably meet your needs.
Of course, if you don't want to do the development, you'll be limited to the confines (and design) of what is available unless you hire a developer to build specifically what you want.
It's fairly easy to integrate two of the starter solutions together and should only take a few hours for by a seasoned developer.
I did some customisations with the Contacts recently.
Make sure you check the filelds and table names all match between the databases you want to merge so you can copy and paste layouts and scripts coming from the other system.
