Installation of FMS 13 on windows server 2012 standard

I have been called in to help deploy this on a already built and running server. Initially it would not run the installer because port 80 and 443 are in use.

I have removed the IIS that was installed which fixed port 80, but it is incredibly frustrating trying to turn off whatever is using port 443. Can any one help?

I have even gone as far as installing ARR 3.0 and then uninstalling it and this stopped that active use of 433 but the ipv6 remains listening on port 443 and there is nothing I can do to kill this. from running net stop http /y (which wont stop exchange or in fact properly stop http) I have tried to kill the ipv6 but have not succeeded in a away that leave the server stable.

Appreciate any advice you have. Has anyone come across this and fixed it?
