It was easy in the old website but not this one. Thank you.
Go to your profile screen and click the "Content" link in the gray menu bar under the photo/info area. You can see just items you Authored or all items you Participated in.
thank you Todd. These web designers should study Apple Guidelines a bit more. It is not easy to find at all.
how can I mark this is solved? all I find is helpful.
You're welcome. There should be the option to mark the answer as correct ( which is the same as solved in some forums ).
I do not see where I can mark it as correct. Only helpful. Frustrating. I still want to mark it as solved or correct but I do not know where it is. If anyone can give me screen shot or tell me where to look please?
found it. I don't like this website as much as FileMaker Forums
this design feels scattered and illogical. Thank you again Todd!
And after a complete redesign, they still don't allow displaying a person's version or OS which should show on every post
I've had the same problem. But I can only see my post via my profile; I've been through all categories back four weeks and the post I made four days ago is not there. I'm piggybacking on this thread because if I raise this issue with a new thread I'm afraid no-one will see that either. And there's no 'general' category now to post these sorts of questions under.
I created my first post in this new forum with the Start a Discussion link under Actions. Is this the wrong way to initiate a new thread? I've read only one reference from FMI on the new design, and it just covered the basics. There are lots of changes and some things missing, and it covered none of these. Is there a link which does explain how to use this new forum design? I've been a CSA/FSA/Technet member since Claris days. Why is it so hard for an oldtimer to work this site out?
Ross, I did the same thing. I created a post and couldn't find it in the forum. After a day, I deleted the post and created it via the category. That method worked for me.
Sorry but this forum is too segmented and illogical. I still have great difficulty moving around in it. I'll stick with FMForums thank you anyway.
They are trying to get that fixed:
Posts without a Category don't appear in recent deiscussions
