Can't really tell from that FMS screenshot, which of the files it is, but there is one that is closed...
Are you using WiFi on the IOS device or cellular? If cellular then you are outside the network and it could be a port forwarding issue (unless of course you tried with FMP from outside the network too).
I am working from outside the network .
FM Pro is working and so is Web Direct , FTP
I am using Ipad on the Wifi .
Another user on cellular is also not able to access any of the files from Ipad. He is gettting it from FM Pro
The file that is closed was always closed . The files to be accesed are open.
Does FM Go use a different port than FM Go ?
This is what I did just now . I clicked on Verfiy all in the databases section on the admin console .
Now I am able to access them .
That's a little scary though. Double-check your FMS deployment to make sure it is up to best practices, and carefully go through the FMS event log looking for clues of things that could mean trouble.
