Delete selected portal row with script step?

Hi, Is it possible to write a script step that will delete a single portal row that the user selects by clicking a mouse? I understand that you can set a script step to select the first, last, or next portal row, but I am more interested in the row that the user clicks.

I want to use a custom script step rather then creating a button that only deletes the portal row, so that I can trigger a second script to run after the row is deleted.

The script would look something like this:

delete portal row

perform script (script2)

It would be convenient if there was a way to trigger a script when a record was deleted, but as far as I can tell that's not a capability of fm 13?
