DO You get anything?
WHat version of FMS, what OS, what browser, what Java-version, is there anything blocked in the browser? Is there a firewall?
Does this server have a fixed IP address, or is it a testing server on an internal network.
If it is the local machine on which you are testing, try using the "localhost" address rather than the IP numbers:
Make sure you have the Java version that comes with FileMaker Server (7 rev71 if I recall correctly). Today I had a similar issue and was solved when I reinstalled java.
Thanks for all of the great replies. I ended up reinstalling FM Server with only one of the previously described problems - when connecting to the external zulu apache server I still get the 802 error. PHP and WebDirect test great. I am running Java 75, which (according to the docs) is the newest version of Java that FM Server 13 on Yosemite will run.
Im in discussions with the external apache developer to run some troubleshooting. Ill keep you all updated!
