Insert PDF on FM Go

I have a script that creates a PDF using the Append to PDF option.  I create the pdf in temporary space and then insert it into the database in a container field.  It works fine on the desktop but on the iPad only the last page of the PDF is retained.

Here are the file paths:

ON DESKTOP:

Create and append the PDF:

filemac:/Macintosh HD/private/var/folders/xz/d3782t5s7pd5j688j0y23jv80000gn/T/S10/Salvage Agreement 10.pdf

Insert the PDF:

imagemac:/Macintosh HD/private/var/folders/xz/d3782t5s7pd5j688j0y23jv80000gn/T/S10/Salvage Agreement 10.pdf

ON iOS:

Create and append the PDF:

/private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/786B811B-C735-4DD9-A10A-4AB17341AEE1/tmp/S15/Salvage Agreement 10.pdf

Insert the PDF:

/private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/786B811B-C735-4DD9-A10A-4AB17341AEE1/tmp/S15/Salvage Agreement 10.pdf

Anyone know why it works on the desktop but not on the iPad?
