We moved our servers to a new location over the weekend. Most of our system in virtualized on VMware and users are primarily using Citrix Xen Desktops. We are on FMS13. The PC client/host seems to be working fine on our virtual LAN but we've lost the ability to connect to the admin console via https://192.168.1.80:16000/admin-console and FMgo can't connect. The IT guys did re-assign a static IP (80 in this case).
I've asked the IT guys to sort it out but we are their only client using FM. Are there any FM tips that I should give them to speed up the fix?
