what does 'BD' mean? Please provide some more infos - OS, browser, OS server, etc.
I’m assuming he meant “DB”, and it’s just a typo.
What’s your your machine set-up: hardware, software? There could be a lot of reasons for this. One of those could be that your setup is insufficient. Check it agains the minimum requirements for FileMaker 13.

Hi. it was a typo, i mean DB, we have windows server 2008, 6 GB ram and a xeon processor, it is FileMaker Server 13.0.1 and it was working fine for a year just recently (like a week ago) the web publishing engine crash when you open a particular database, first it happen just whit one DB but then it happen whit 4 DB, then whit 9 DB and I think it will be a moment when all DB can’t be open by web direct, we still have databases that can be open whit web direct, one of those the FileMaker server sample.
When we had our first DB that can be open by web direct we redo this DB from scratch and still not work, we didn’t install anything new on the server because it was working really fine, I can’t think of anything that generate this
So if you didn't install anything on the server, try updating the server to the latest version. Always use the latest available version for your OS.
If that doesn't do the trick, try reinstalling FileMaker server. Make sure to save your settings first (schedules and groups).
Then update your server to the latest version.
Also, you might have an issue with IIS. That might be worth checking into, as well.

You may want to update first to the most current 13 version.
Other than that: check the logs for any clues as to why the crash happens. Clearly if it was working fine and now it does not then it has to be because of a change:
- a change in your database
- or a change on the server (hardware, new OS patch, some other setting change,...)
so if you can track down the change you're halfway down the path to solving it
13.01 was a little bit buggy - concerning WebDirect (and admin console). Does restarting the server change anything?
Hi, i restart the server but it didn’t work, the general advice is “reinstall the fm server to the latest version” but I’m not really comfortable doing that because i have some other thing working whit FileMaker server that are working fine and if a reinstall fm server I will have to configure everything again, that’s why I want to check if it happen to someone else and if is any way to fix it. I contact someone that say it happen to him in the past and it happen because of a pdf upload into a container, I will check that and the log. The wired thing is that only some data bases crash the web engine publishing and that is recently, a week ago every data base was working fine in web direct
Que onda, pues si , algo muy raro paso, de una semana para acá algunas bases de datos al abrirlas por web direct tumban todo el wpe (web publishing engine) y tengo que restanlecer el servidor pero solo son algunas bases de datos no todas y la verdad no se que sea, esta muy raro

Updating the server shouldn't cause any issues. If you reinstall it, you can save your settings, as I mentioned earlier. Worse come to worse, you can always put it back to this version. But I would highly recommend upgrading.

when updating the server and using SSL: Take care about the 13.09 changes according to SSL (as described in the instructions)

Jaime sent me the trouble file, which is a tiny file with one table and one field. I uploaded it to my FMS14 and worked as expected so the file is not the problem.
All points to his server, which is FMS13. Don't know if it was updated to the latest version.
