Besides setting up a 'robot' computer, is there anyway to get FileMaker Server to export container field files and create PDF files on a FileMaker Server with a scheduled script. Is there any plug-ins out there? Any other ideas?
(To clarify, I'm not looking for a solution to do BOTH of this functions. I need to do one function on one solution, and the other function on a different solutions.)
ScriptMaster plug-in can export field contents to file.
It can make PDF too, but a bit different from print using existent layout.
The amazing BaseElements plugin can handle the exporting of container fields under FileMaker Server:

ScriptMaster can definitely do the PDF creation with the iText library.
There's some coding involved, so its not totally trivial but it is pretty much bullet proof in production, and blisteringly fast.
