how did you get there ? I just tried and it works for me. I did it this way:
- Go to Filemaker.com
- Click Support > Forums
- Under FileMaker Community click Member Login
- From the top right click Login
- Identified myself
- Back to the page, on bottom right, under FileMaker Developper Subscription the is a link called Access Benefits
Reason for asking
It DID work
not it doesn't
It works fine for me, John.
Try to go to "Home" in nav bar at the top.
I wonder if that depends on the country. I do get something different if I am not logged in, but since my Windows is in French, Canada Province of Québec, I am getting a message for France.
That would be nice if Steve from FileMaker Inc would come in.
The home page says thank you for being an FDS member, but inside I now have apparently no access to the benefits I paid for.
Who needs to flick a switch to deal with this??
I can confirm that the benefits are listed for me. Send a note directly to Steve Romig or Mark Baum.
this is very strange. Can you try this:
- When I go to this page https://community.filemaker.com/welcome
- under FDS, after a paragraph I get a link to https://community.filemaker.com/apps/technet Does this link work for you ?
If I am not logged in, the link reads something like 'Learn more' instead of 'Access Benefits'.
Did you try to flush the cash, or a different browser ?
If I click on the second link while not logged in, I am invited to log in.
Like Bev and others, I can likewise confirm that it works for me.
However, I did have a problem several days ago where the site was flaky, would not respond to attempts to search or reply, etc. I had to actually restart my computer then the site worked OK again.
Also - really basic question but it needs to be mentioned - are you sure you are logged in? It is possible to browse the forums here but not be actually logged in.
Try deleting your cache. it happened to me last week and when i logged in from another computer it showed correctly.
One more thing, John. Check your FDS did not run out. Try it on another browser just in case.
