Why don't you paste the script so we can see it.
Yup, need to see the script on this one, however my guess is an error is occurring in the subscript and it is incorrectly capturing that message.
I have now attached the scripts to the original message
If I'm reading these correctly, the Perform Script steps at lines 9 and 19 don't match the sub script you provided.
However, if the script works fine with the sub scripts disabled, the issue that is causing your problem must be in one of the sub scripts.
Have you tried running them with Debugger and Data Viewer?
I get that the subscripts must be causing the issue, and have only enclosed the one at line 19. Yes I have run it through debugger and data viewer and cannot see anything unusual. I will persevere and try and isolate a line in the subs that is causing the issue. It was all fine in v13, hence my concern
Thanks all for your help. I traced it to Last error: (1) User canceled action (although they did not!) I found two ways round this
1. Set error capture on and trap for error 1 after the subscripts run
2. Move the troublesome subscripts to the end of the script after the pdf creation has taken place
Not sure why this is an issue in 14 and not before?
I don't know if this will help you but I had the same problem but with the fmpsl file.
I am saving a fmpsl file in the temp folder to include it after in a send mail and I had also the same message but in French.
What I did to resolve this was to add a "commit record" (Valider enregistrement in French) line juste before the save snapshot file
Thanks Pierre, this seems to solve the issue
