If records found = 0

When counting found records = 0, my scripts stops and ask if "cancel, continue or modify search".  It means I get a 401 error. The point is that I don't want the user to interact through the FM Dialog Box.

Is there a way to know when search returns "zero records found" at scripting level without stopping and asking the user what to do?  I just need to use "if" to tell the script what to do if none or more than zero records are found under certain criteria.

if ( find number of records of field 1 = "no" )

   do this...

  do this instead...

end if

I've tried these commands so far:

Constrain Found Set

Find Matching Records

Perform Find

and some other Found Sets script steps

Thank you
