"Price to upgrade" field. Is there an elegant way of doing this?
As you can see from the screenshot my database shows 2 products. Each product has 5 levels so I have 10 records.
My database has 3 fields:
• Product ("A" or "B").
• Level ("1" to "5")
• Price (The price of the product at the current level.) The price for each model at each level does not follow a fixed formula but the higher the level, the higher the price).
I would now like to add a field which shows the upgrade price i.e. if I call up Product A, Level 3 I would like to see the price to upgrade to the next level, which in this example would be the price for Product A, Level 4.
What is the cleanest way of doing this? I have experimented but I always end up with extremely contorted solutions that don't even work.
