      1 Sheet for multiple jobs.

I am using filemaker pro 9. I was wondering if I could use one sheet to fill out for multiple job times and the pull a report based only on one specific job number.

      date --- job # --- title --- time

      date --- job # --- title --- time

      date --- job # --- title --- time

Based on the job# I would like it to pull the date title and time on that line with it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Easily and often done with filemaker.

Each row in your example should be a single record. You can display them in either a list or table view to get the format you show. To only see records for a specific job number, you'd perform a find for all records with that Job #. That could be as simple as entering find mode and typing a number in the Job # box or you can script things using a search form or a drop down located in the header of your layout.
