Access denied when attempting to open a saved PDF report
I am running FileMaker 11 Pro on Windows 7. I created a report that is saved monthly in a folder on my company server. The problem is when anyone tries to open the PDF report from the server an "Access denied" message appears and the file doesn't open. I have tried changing the settings while saving the report and the have attempted to adjust the user privilege sets and nothing seems to work.

This is an issue with filemaker 11.1 that was fixed with the 11.2 updater available for free download. See the Support menu at the top of your screen.
This issue is listed in the Known Bug List here on the forum along with many other bugs that have been acknowledged by filemaker representatives.
