Accessing QuickBooks on Windows via FMPro (v13) on Mac

Accessing QuickBooks on Windows via FMPro (v13) on Mac

      Post

I've installed QODBC on the QB (Windows) machine and it's working fine with the demo program.  I've got the FileMaker ODBC installed on the Mac side however when I try to connect to the QB side it can't access it.

How can FMPro (v13) connect to QB on Windows, and how do I get the QB database fields into FMPro?

               A little more info:

I tried opening the database using Libre Office and it gave a bit more information, as below.

               SQL Status: 00000
               Error code: -1073751400

[iODBC][Driver Manager]dlopen(/usr/local/lib/libmyodbc5w.so, 6): no suitable image found.  Did find:
               /usr/local/lib/libmyodbc5w.so: mach-o, but wrong architecture

This looks like a problem with the Mac OS, yes?
