You didn't give any information what you are trying to do. I'm guessing that you are copying objects / items from one database to another. You will have to relink the scripts to the new table in the new database. There was a list of steps that gave the best method, order to copy items to cause less issues, but I can't seem to find a link to it today. Maybe someone else will give the link. You will get better response from users about your question when you give more details in your questions. It takes too much time for most users to guess at your problem, when it may not even be the question you were asking.
sorry for any confusion
thank you got it to work.
i actually have another question. i have a drop down menu that is only showing 5 of the ten items in a table. is there a setting that allows all data to be shown in drop down?
The values are based on your value list. I have no idea what your value list is based on. It may be as simple as changing the value list to the correct table occurrence.
thank you for your time.
the values are based on a table in the file which shows 10 items.
A table occurrence is based on a relationship between two tables, if your value list is based on a table occurrence then the value list will be filtered based on the relationship. You need to verify that your value list is actually based on a table or that the correct table occurrence is selected.
