activation error (50018)

I am new to FileMaker Pro 9. I have just installed FileMaker Pro 9.0.3 for Mac on an old "Sawtooth" 1 GHz PowerPC G4 running OS version 10.4.11. The machine has 2 GB of RAM. During the installation, I was asked by the installer to register the software and I supplied the 35 character License Key to register my new software. I am connected to the internet through an account with Time Warner Cable. The registration was accepted and I tried to open the software and  activate my new software. Instead I was informed of "A general activation error has occurred (50015). What should I do now? Please advise me.
