Adding accounts corrupts database


I create a database in Filemaker Pro 10, and I upload it to my Filemaker Server 10 Advanced 


Then in Filemaker Pro 10 I create and modify the database accounts and passwords


Then I close the database in Filemaker Pro 10


I then open the Filemaker Server Admin console and close the database


When I try to re-open the database on the server the log file shows -Unable to open database "database" (808)


This happens whenever I update database accounts and passwords


Is there any way to open this database?  Why would this be happening?


Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
