Should compute that total for you if this is defined in the layout table's data source table.
(PortalTableOccurrence should be the name you see in Portal setup | Show records from for all 4 portals and I'm assuming that you have the same name selected in all 4 portal setup dialogs.)

I have the TotalPrice field as autoenter calculation Sum ( Pricing::Dept total) set to Evaluate Always.
But it nothing shows up.
"Pricing" is the table that I am showing records from. The left portal is set to initial row 1 show 1, next is to initial row 2 show 1, etc
Make it a field of type calculation with this expression as its specified calculation. A number field with an auto-entered calculation won't update correctly when the fields referenced in the calculation are from a different table or record.
