Align Fields in Send Mail using IWP

Post

I am trying to align a number of fields (see the bold print on the output example) to automatically notify clients by email for new appointments. I am using IWP and the Send Mail script command. I defined a text field called Email_Body (here is an example of some of the code)

"Appointment"  & ¶ & ¶ &
"Set  for:" & TextStyleAdd ( Client_Name ; Bold ) & ¶ & ¶ &
"Type:    " &  TextStyleAdd ( Next_Appointment_Type ; Bold ) & ¶ &
"With:    " &  TextStyleAdd ( Next_Appointment_With ; Bold ) & ¶ &
"Date:    " &  TextStyleAdd ( Next_Date ; Bold ) & ¶ &
"Time:    " &  TextStyleAdd ( Next_Time ; Bold ) & ¶ & ¶ &
"Caller Name:   " &  TextStyleAdd ( Caller_Name ; Bold ) & ¶ &
"Call Date:       " &  TextStyleAdd ( Call_Date ; Bold ) & ¶ &
"Client Name:   " &  TextStyleAdd ( Client_Name ; Bold ) & ¶ &

In order to align the various fields I have added spaces between the quote marks (see above) to move the field location to the right (e.g. "Set for " and "Type:    "). The problem is the variable field column wavers left and right (Client_Name, Next_Date, etc) and doesn't look very professional. Is there a way to align Client_Name with Next_Appointment_Type and the other fields within the Send Mail command or in the calculation command to construct the Email_Body field?

I thought about sending a PDF and define the fields precisely but the Save Records as PDF command does not work in IWP so rejected that line of approach. Thanks
