Another good question.. Adding from Items sold?
So i think i want to have something like,
a field in Inventory, of how many of these items were sold. I have a field in there that says items in stock, and every time i click on check stock in the Invoice view, it takes the quantity in the quantity field away from the Stock in inventory. Now, what i want to do is, what is better. to do an addition to a field that is called
Total Sold = search for all Invoices with the field "Status" = Sold and see if field Product ID OR Ref # and look for quantity and add this all to the # Sold.
something like that.
