Ran a quick test last night and that quickie test also failed. I wonder if the Windows 7 version of this utility now makes a distinction between a file and an application. It may be necessary to set up a batch or vbscript file to be run by the scheduler which in turn opens the FileMaker file. But I also may not have gotten all the settings exactly right in the scheduler either.
Thanks Phil for validating my sanity - and yesterday I worked up batch file launch of the filemaker files that I simply must run local and fat.. - task scheduler will run those.
Task scheduler WILL launch v11 files
and will launch the fmpv12 apps (I tried a few versions)
but NOT the v12 files...
Your response (as always) is very much appreciated.
