Auto completing fields based on values from previous fields.

I can't seem to find an answer to this question in the forums so I thought I would go ahead and ask it my self. I am a new user and have only created simple databases for my company. I am trying to have fields auto populate with a "N/A" value if the first field is populated with a "No" Value. That way if one thing is not present I do not have to hit N/A in the other fields related to the thing that is not present. I have not worked with scripts or relationships but it seems the only way to do this is with two tables (I only have one) and using relationships? If so, I don't want to have to duplicate all these fields in a new table (I would love to merge them into the second table some how?

In the example attached, I would like for the "Chimney Present?" Field to populate the related fields below it with a "N/A" value (in a value list I have already created) when I choose "No" from it's value list.

      thanks,

      In Advance,
