AUTO POPULATE INFORMATION
I need to have a complaint field and then a sub category field in my DB. Utlimately, I'd like to be able to choose the complaint, and then have the sub category auto populate the info. Example, if the main complaint is "Payment Issue", the sub categories would be a)duplicate payment, b)refund not received, c)requesting receipt, etc.....I have several main catergory complaints and over 60 subcategories. Is there a way if I choose one main category complaint, the sub category issues JUST FOR THAT MAIN COMPLAINT can auto populate so as not to search through a drop down menu of 60 sub categories? I was able to do it easily in Access, but not sure about Filemaker. Thanks!
