It appears that you are using multiple fields in one record where you should instead use multiple records.
Each row of what you show should be a single record.
And I recommend that you set up two tables, One table has a single record for each of your colleagues It then links to the wages table that records the data here. You can then put a portal to Wages on your Colleagues layout and each colleague can then find their record and use that portal to record their wages. Each time they record new info, they add another record in the portal.
